Full-cast metal fees reflect an average usage of metal of 2.0 grams per crown or pontic. PFM restoration fees reflect an average usage of 1.0 gram and metal occlusals an average of 1.5 grams. A metal charge will be added for restorations greater than these amounts. The metal charge, which currently ranges from $22-$45 per gram, reflects the type and quantity of metal used on a case by case basis and is kept as low as possible while still ensuring a fair charge for the restoration.

Statements are sent monthly on the last day of the month. Payments are typically made net 30 from statements rather than individual invoices.   Customers are advised to review their statements regularly and make payments in accordance with the agreed terms to avoid any adverse impacts on their financial standing. 

Unpaid balances will accrue interest at a rate of 18% per annum. We encourage prompt settlement of statements to maintain financial responsibility and mitigate any potential financial burden.
